Our showcases aren't just competitions. They are catalysts. They give rural youth the platform to apply what they've learned, to solve real problems, and to prove that they belong at the forefront of innovation in Africa.
Whether it's coding a robot to clean rivers or designing an AI-powered business that creates jobs, these are the spaces where potential becomes power.
Play4Good is the culmination of the Junior Pioneers Program, where learners apply their knowledge of coding and robotics to design solutions for real-world challenges tied to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Each year, 50+ learners compete across categories like:
Learners present their robotic prototypes, showcase teamwork, and defend their ideas in front of judges. The result? Confidence, visibility, and the belief that even a rural Grade 8 learner can change the world.
Future Job Makers is the capstone event of the NXT Grad Program, where older learners pitch AI-powered business ideas designed to create jobs and spark economic change.
Each presentation answers a powerful question:
"If I had the resources today, could I build something that creates employment for others tomorrow?"
Top performers receive internship opportunities, mentorship, and support to continue growing their ventures, proving that with the right skills, rural youth don't have to wait for jobs.
